How to get a ticket safely
According to the venue, only tickets purchased from official ticket outlets (AXS, Ticketmaster, Fnac Spectacles, and the venue's own box office) are valid. An official resale platform for fans is available: the ticket is resold at the original price and reissued in the buyer's name. The venue states that reselling outside of these platforms is prohibited.
Our advice: for these concerts, use the official resale platform of the ticket outlet where the ticket was originally purchased. This is the only way to get a ticket in your name that is guaranteed to be valid at the entrance.
