Booking your seats only takes a few minutes, whether for a concert or a match. Here is how your purchase works, from your initial search to your entry.
1. Choose your event
Browse our concerts and matches (football, rugby, NFL, NBA), sorted by date, or use the search feature to find an artist, a team, a venue, or a city.
2. Select your seats
Each listing shows the date, the venue, the location when known (category, block, row), delivery information, and the price. The price displayed is for the entire set: 1 ticket, a pair, a trio, or a bundle, including taxes and fees. Tickets in the same set are not separable and are side-by-side, unless stated otherwise. Seats with restricted visibility are clearly marked.
3. Pay securely
The total price is displayed before confirmation, with no delivery charges or fees added at checkout. Payment is made on a secure page (Shopify, PCI DSS banking standard). You will immediately receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.
4. Receive your tickets
Your tickets will be sent to you via official transfer to your ticketing account (e.g., Ticketmaster) or by email, depending on what is specified in the listing. We will notify you by email, and your tickets will arrive no later than 48 hours before the event.
5. Enjoy the event
Present your ticket at the entrance, either on your phone or printed out. Any issues on the day of the event? Call us at +33 6 29 15 92 53: we will replace the ticket within 30 minutes, otherwise we will provide a full refund.
