Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of tickets for sporting events and concerts offered on this site. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 – Seller

The site is operated by Velora Ticket, 225 rue du Pin de Galles, 83220 Le Pradet, France, whose full contact details are provided in the legal notice.

Article 3 – Nature of the service

The seller is a professional reseller. It is not affiliated with any club, federation, organizer, venue, or artist. The names of teams, competitions, artists, and venues are mentioned solely for the purpose of identifying the events. The selling price may differ from the face value printed on the ticket.

Article 4 – Ordering

The customer selects the event, the location, and the batch of tickets, then confirms their order after checking the summary. A confirmation email is sent to them. The customer agrees to provide accurate information, particularly their email address and, for nominative tickets, the name of each spectator.

Article 5 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, for the entire lot (1 seat, duo, trio, or batch). No delivery fees or service charges are added to the displayed price. The total price billed is the one displayed at the time of validation.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due upon ordering. It is processed securely by the Shopify platform. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud; the customer will then be fully refunded.

Article 7 – Ticket delivery

Tickets are delivered via transfer on the official ticketing application or by email, depending on the method indicated on the event page, with no delivery fees. They are delivered no later than 48 hours before the event starts, unless otherwise indicated on the page. Otherwise, the customer is fully refunded. Details can be found on the Ticket delivery page.

Article 8 – No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities provided on a specific date. Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the cases provided for in Articles 9 and 10.

Article 9 – Event cancellation, postponement, or modification

If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, the customer is refunded the total amount of their order within 14 days following the official announcement of the cancellation. In case of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date. Modifications that do not affect the holding of the event (time, team composition, opening act, etc.) do not give rise to a refund.

Article 10 – Access guarantee

If the customer is refused access to the event due to the invalidity of the ticket provided, they must notify the seller by phone at 06 29 15 92 53. The seller will provide a replacement ticket of equivalent or higher category within 30 minutes of the call. Otherwise, the customer is fully refunded, including fees, upon presentation of any relevant supporting documentation. This guarantee does not apply when the refusal is the result of the customer's behavior, delay, failure to comply with venue regulations, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Article 11 – Liability

The course of the event is the sole responsibility of the organizer. The seller cannot be held liable for incidental costs incurred by the customer (transport, accommodation, etc.).

Article 12 – Customer service and complaints

Any complaint can be sent to julesferands2@gmail.com, by phone at 06 29 15 92 53, or via the contact page. The seller will respond within 24 business hours.

Article 13 – Mediation

In accordance with Articles L612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The contact details of the Velora Ticket mediator will be indicated here once the registration is finalized.

Article 14 – Personal data

The data collected is processed in accordance with our Personal data (GDPR) page.

Article 15 – Governing law

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
